Stayed over one night for our anniversary, this place had absolutely great service that helped us book the exact room we wanted! The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was easily the best night we slept in Prague.

-The awesome ladies at the reception and breakfast area. -The hotel is in the middle of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The tram is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel has a unique and interesting design, with great attention to detail. Communication was smooth and the service was excellent. The staff were wonderful and very polite — a real highlight of our stay. The location is also quite good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay — the hotel left a very positive impression. Loved the room overlooking the street from above. It was nice to have a bathtub. Staff was excellent and so friendly! Breakfast buffet was very good.
